Welcome to This Place Blows! By booking an appointment, visiting our salon, or using our website or mobile application, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide hair, nail, skincare, and related beauty services performed by licensed professionals. Services may vary by availability, location, provider, and individual consultation.

We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

2. Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online, through our mobile application, by phone, or in person. We may use third-party service providers, including booking and payment platforms, to manage appointments and client records.

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or failure to appear may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.

Payment processing may be handled through secure third-party providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize such providers to process transactions on our behalf.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are optional and go directly to your service provider.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.

If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We may, at our discretion, offer a correction or adjustment. Refunds are not guaranteed.

6. Gift Cards and Packages

Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

7. Health and Safety

You agree to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your service.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if we believe they may pose a risk to your health, our staff, or other clients.

8. Services for Minors

Services may be provided to individuals under 18 only with the involvement and consent of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult, who assumes full responsibility for the services provided.

9. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into our salon locations.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, This Place Blows is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You acknowledge that beauty services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with results.

11. Photography and Marketing

We may take photographs or videos of services for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes.

By receiving services, you grant us permission to use such content unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

12. Privacy

13. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with This Place Blows are our intellectual property and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for such conduct.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

16. Accessibility

We are committed to providing accessible services. Please contact us in advance if you require accommodations.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
