Welcome to This Place Blows! By booking an appointment, visiting our salon, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We offer hair, nail, skincare, and related beauty services. All services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with Florida state regulations. Services may vary by availability.

2. Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. While we do our best to accommodate your preferred time, availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our staff. A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless there is a late cancellation or no-show in accordance with our policy. Walk-in appointments are welcome however subject to availability.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show or late cancellations will result in a 100% cancelation charge.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are appreciated but not required and go directly to your service provider in full.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. If you are not satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Gift Cards and Packages

Gift cards and prepaid service packages are non-refundable. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Health and Safety

Please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

8. Liability Waiver

By receiving services from us, you agree that This Place Blows and its staff are not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or outcomes beyond our control. All services are performed at your own risk.

9. Privacy

10. Intellectual Property
